We keep it easy and straightforward. Here’s what you need to know:​

Using Your Dumpster:

Please do not overfill the dumpster above the top edge.

Do not move or drag the dumpster once it’s placed. If it needs to be moved, just give us a call, we’re happy to help.

What Can Go In:

Standard pricing includes general household and construction debris.

Restricted items (per Massachusetts waste regulations) are not allowed. Additional charges may apply if these items are found.

Scheduling & Service

Please provide at least 3 business days’ notice for pickup or removal.

Dumpsters must be serviced (emptied or removed) every 30 days.

Pricing and Charges:

Pricing includes delivery, pickup, and disposal for standard debris.

Additional charges may apply for:

Overfilled dumpsters

Excess weight

Restricted or hazardous materials

A fuel surcharge may apply when necessary.

All additional charges will be processed using the card on file.

You are responsible for:

What is placed in the dumpster

The dumpster’s condition while on-site

Proper placement and any required permits

Any damage to surfaces (driveways, lawns, etc.)

Weather & Loading

We can’t predict the weather! We suggest using a tarp or cover to prevent rain or snow buildup.

Frozen or overloaded materials may result in additional removal costs.

Ensure the rear door is closed and secured before pickup.

Access & Safety

The dumpster must be placed in a location that is safe and accessible for our trucks.

If a truck becomes stuck or access is blocked, additional fees may apply.

Legal

Any legal or disposal-related fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
